However, in no case, including the case of negligence, is AXA Insurance responsible for mistakes or omissions related to the information, delays or interruptions or inability to transmit information or any loss caused to the visitor/user as a result of using this information.

I. My AXA Service

How to use My AXA access account

By registering for access to My AXA website you can:


  • View and print all the information concerning the insurance policies you hold.
  • Safely make changes to your personal contact details, i.e. you can change your e-mail address (e-mail) and mobile phone number.
  • Submit account management requests, as well as any other request, to the Customer Service Department.


To register in My AXA you will need:


  • To have selected to receive electronic copies of any of your insurance policies with AXA Insurance when completing the respective insurance application.
  • To have completed your e-mail address and mobile phone number that will be used for gaining access to the service.
  • The first time you will receive electronic notification about an e-document, you must complete the registration procedure in the electronic service provided by My AXA.


For additional information about the registration procedure you can call the AXA Insurance Customer Service Department. By using the same e-mail address when you buy insurance AXA policies, your documents will be saved in your existing access account maintained by My AXA. If you want to save a new insurance policy in another access account, you will need to use a different e-mail address.


My AXA Service which is provided by AXA Insurance via its website ( is free and there is no commitment by either AXA Insurance or the insured party.  You must inform AXA about any changes in your contact information, especially your e-mail address and mobile phone number.


AXA insurance has the right to refuse or withdraw access to My AXA Service whenever a user violates the Terms and Conditions of the Service, as well as when a user misuses the service.


Practical Tips on Security

You are advised not to reveal your access passwords to anyone (e.g. by phone, via e-mail). If you reveal your e-mail address and your password to a third party, then they will gain access to your personal information regarding your insurance policies, and will be able to change your contact details.


AXA Insurance will never request you to reveal your access passwords in any way (e.g. by phone, via e-mail).


Please, choose complex passwords but not those you use to access other systems and services.


Keep your passwords in such a way so that they cannot be intercepted.


Use My AXA only through the official AXA Insurance website ( and not via links on other websites, search engines or e-mails.

Update your computer with the latest updates and operating system security updates (e.g., Windows) as well as browser updates (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox).

Regularly check your computer for viruses and other malicious software by using the latest versions/updates of antivirus and antimalware programs.

Please, ignore and delete immediately any "suspicious" e-mails prompting you to give your personal details as they contain links or attachments.
